License fees are calculated by species and altered/unaltered status. Bite reports automatically trigger a 10-day quarantine period. Impound intake matches microchips against the registered animal database for owner identification. Complaint tracking includes officer assignment and disposition. The citizen portal surfaces adoption listings, lost-and-found matching, fee schedules, and issue reporting.
